Email Process:

When the kittens are around 4 weeks of age, they will have their first vet check, which consists of a wellness exam. After the first vet wellness visit and all is well with the kittens, they will then be available for reservation. This is when we send emails out to everyone on the waitlist.

When they are first available to reserve, I will email families that have joined the waitlist. Families will have 48 hours to look at the kittens and think it over with their family, after those 48 hours, we will then post the kittens on social media.

Process

  1. Get notified of available kittens. We recommend you join our list if you might be interested in a future kitten, as those on our list are given first chance to reserve a kitten. While we may post updates and photos of newborns and small kittens on social media, they will not be made available to reserve until we have those on our list a chance to reserve first. Kittens will become available to reserve at about 8 weeks of age. This time frame may vary at our discretion. Once kittens are available to reserve, we will reach out to those on our list. (You may join our list here.) We will send out an email showing photos and information of each available kitten.
  2. Request a Reservation. After you have reviewed the e-mail with kitten information, notify us and we will send out a purchase agreement and invoice for the reservation fee. We will send these out in the order requested. The reservation fee is non-refundable, unless the sale is cancelled by the seller. (For example due to illness or death of the kitten.) Once the purchase agreement and invoice are sent out, the buyer has 24 hours to respond. After the 24 hours, if the agreement and invoice are not paid, the kitten becomes available to the next person. Keep in mind you may ask all the questions you like, but we may have several others also asking questions and wanting to reserve. So, if you ask questions, but do not say you definitely want the kitten and request purchase agreement and invoice for reservation fee, someone else may still reserve the kitten. The purchase agreement can be signed electronically through email and the reservation fee can be paid via Square.
  3. Payments. Beginning with our next litter at the end of 2024/beginning of 2025 we will be doing scheduled payments after reservation. It will be as follows:
    • Reservation fee pet only and breeding rights when kitten is 4 weeks old.
    • When kitten is 7 weeks old 50% of remaining balance to be paid.
    • When kitten is 10 weeks old at pick up/delivery the remaining balance shall be paid.
  4. Watch for updates. Watch our social media pages for updates of your kittens as they grow. Kittens will generally be allowed to go home at 10 weeks of age.
  5. Plan for your kitten to come home. You will need to have some basic supplies such as litter tray, food and water bowls, food of your choice, brush or comb for grooming, and a tall scratching post or long flat scratching mat. We also recommend having toys, toys, and more toys for fun and enrichment for you and your kitty.
  6. Pick Up Kitten. The kitten may be picked up in Desloge, Missouri. Arrangements for pet transport or delivery can be made for an additional fee. Payment for the kitten is due in full on or before the day of pick up in cash or Square. If paying by Square, e-check may not be used on pick up day. If you choose to pay by check, it must be made at least two weeks prior to pick up/delivery. If paying cash a $250 discount will be applied.
  7. Send updates. We would love to see photos of your kitten as he/she grows. We may use any photos on our social media pages, but will keep your identity confidential.
